This hotel is fab, easy walking distance of the main city centre with restaurants, shops and pubs to be found. Rooms were lovely well laid out and very comfortable. The staff are brilliant and always there to help.

This is an excellent hotel in an industrial run down sectin of town. Walk five minutes and you are in a busy tourist area full of restaurants and shops. CThe rooms were well appointed and the staff was friendly. I couldn't say anything negative about the hotel.

Good fresh breakfast. Staff busy but not over friendly. Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean. Fresh towels. As it was race week in Galway, hotel rooms were very expensive and then on check out we were charged for parking. Nice hotel to go back to if I was to get a special offer. Pleasant one night stay. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Self-service breakfast. Parking-very tight. Close to the attractions of Shop St. and Quay St. Galway - great as ever. Go for a swim at Blackrock Diving Tower in Salthill in the morning - that will separate the men from the boys!
