Stayed in the harbour last night. Very nice place. The beds are very comfortable. Also parking very reasonable. Nice breakfast. I will definitely stay there again in the future. Close to the city centre and all the bars and restaurants.

I stayed here at the end of November for one night for my sister's hen party and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and eager to help. I had booked a private room (John B Keane Suite) for dinner so had been liaising with Emer for a few weeks beforehand. The...

Myself and my mother went for Afternoon Tea here today. After a slight mix up in the booking to find out we had not been booked in at all in error and that it would take 1.5 hrs to freshly prepare, Dominik went above and beyond to make up for this. As we waited for the the selection to be...

If you're looking for something particularly "Irish" this won't be the hotel for you. But the young man from the Iberian peninsular on the front desk was particularly helpful; the night when we just wanted room service worked out; and the standard rooms are pleasantly "standard". It's near the harbour and 5 minute walk from town so a good location.

Having upgraded to an Executive Level double room I was expecting something with more of a wow factor, but the room was completely basic and a bit on the small side. The room was in need of a revamp and the shower was very poor. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Really close to Eyre Square so...
