We stayed here only for one night. After seeing it on TripAdvisor as not being too good we didn't know what to expect. It was amazing. We were greeted by friendly Martin. Then given our rooms which have a TV and their own built in router so you have the best connection. We had only booked a twin room but...

This hotel is in a great location. Friendly welcome. Bar underneath the hotel is very busy and a good atmosphere. Live music too. Surprisingly well soundproof for the rooms above. We stayed in room 8 which overlooked the road...very noisy from the street. Shower was fairly terrible but just about useable as very low pressure. No fan or air con...

We choose this hotel for location and prize and were not disappointed. Our room was comfy and clean and the bathroom was adequate. Staff were always friendly and the pub downstairs was great for a nightcap. Lots of shops and restaurants around and the beautiful promenade to walk on. Also so close to the show Trad on the Prom. Would...

The Holiday Hotel is located in the Salthill district of Galway....under a block away from the beautiful coast line! To get to the city center it is a 30 minute walk...which was less than ideal...but since it was such a beautiful walk, we didn't mind. The hotel staff were very non-existent...we only saw them upon check in. The room perfectly...

We were 5 friends visiting Galway for a night out and booked 3 rooms rooms in the hotel for one night. The man on reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit dated, but were clean and for a nights stay were ideal. Bed was comfortable, 2 pillows provided per person, ample towels etc. Prior to our stay...

Seen some negative reveiws about this hotel. I found well worth the money we paid, which was fifty euro for two adults and one child. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with fresh bedding. Even though there was a pub underneath, never heard any noise. Only issue we had the water pressure in the shower...

Beautiful location, great bed, clean and quiet (even tho it's above a pub) what more do you want? Very friendly staff on check in. Nice restaurants and shops all around. We would definitely be back! Highly recommended for such a reasonable price

Very nice hotel and rooms. It was overall clean and we even had our towels changed during our short 2night-stay. Free parking spots nearby. About a 25 min walk to city centre - but that's totally fine b/c you walk down the beautiful ocean road. Supermarket and restaurants right on the other side of the road. Only the bathroom was...

We had the afters of our wedding in the bar and what started out was a really fun evening whilst we enjoyed the rugby match soon turnedo sour. When we booked the bar I didn't realise there was accommodation overhead the manager/owner told us we could have music, turn on jukebox whatever we wanted on the day, so he helped...
