Mary and Charlie run a great B&B in a great location near the center of Galway. They were perfect hosts and answered all our questions about what to do/where to eat in Galway. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Prague House. Rooms are a bit small, but we were off visiting the city and area during our stay so needed the rooms only for rest. Mary was full of advice, and she is a mighty good cook. There are no better locations in Galway for B&B.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from city center, and easy walking to Salt Hill area as well. Great breakfast, Charlie's poached eggs are perfectly done! Mary is a gem, so friendly and helpful, she goes out of her way to make sure you have a...

We were comfortable, it was immaculately clean, and the beds were cozy. Eating there was like eating at home, really good food, unpretentious. But the one thing we will always remember from Galway is Mary, the owner of this BnB. She was so darling, chatty and generous-spirited, going out of her way to be accommodating. The people are what made...

We stayed at Prague House for four nights in May 2012. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delectable and the proprietors, Mary and Charlie Fitzpatrick, made us feel very welcome. The location of Prague House is very convenient. It is a five minute walk from the city center and close to...

While everything was very good, the bed and breakfast is on a busy road. The weather was exceptionally hot when we got there. As there was no A.C, we had to keep the windows open all night but the noise from the road kept us awake. Great owners and really good breakfast.

We had a most wonderful experience at Prague House. Beautifully kept B and B in a great location. We stayed for three nights but should have stayed longer! Mary and Charlie were lovely; cared for us like family. Comfy beds, lovely breakfast ( Mary's brown bread is to die for!) warm and cosy and off street parking. We hope to...

Myself and 2 friends stayed in a triple room in this B&B last weekend and we were very well looked after. Mary and Charlie the hosts were very helpful. Mary was almost like a second mammy to us for the weekend. She even knocked on our door to let us know she was finishing breakfast if we wanted to go...

You will get pure Irish hospitality at this little B&B. The owners are very nice and helpful with any requests you may have. The rooms are cozy, update and clean. The water pressue in the shower is good and the water is warm, if you like hot showers. The breakfast is cooked to order from a menu, so you can...

Praguehouse is situated in a prime location, just a short stroll to the cobbled stoned Quay St, where you can sample the best cuisine from many countries, also just a five minute walk from the beach and the long promenade walk in Salthill. You can visit Connemara, the Burren and Cliffs of Moher from here by car, or you can be picked up at the door by a tour company and dropped back again in the evening for any of these tours. There is a stop for the Aran Island just across the Street from Prague house, where the Shuttle bus will pick you up. For breakfast we supply plenty of healthy cereals, fruit yogurt, pancakes, homemade health bread, scones, and of course an Irish breakfast is also available, we also have vegetarian options available.
