We're travelling round Ireland in a motorhome so only stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a good site with views of the bay. Clean showers and toilets. Really friendly service. Free WiFi included in the price. Good flat pitches. Only downside is that there's no laundry room. There's a bus into Galway City which takes only about 15...

Myself and my boyfriend drove in the entrance of this campsite on Friday morning of the bank holiday weekend. We were away in a camper van and needed a site. They don't take telephone bookings so we had to drive up tot he site to enquire. We pulled in safely and out of the way and walked to the office...

Good spot for camping with the scenic view of the water but just enough cover for comfort. Good prices, helpful staff. Easy to find. Wi-fi was available. Would loved to have used the cafe but it was closed and the showers were a bit tiny, and could do with a few more hooks on the doors. Would consider returning.

I rang this campsite to book a site for the bank holiday weekend. They won't take bookings over the phone for some reason which every other campsite I've ever gone to does. Being apprehensive to set out on a 5 hour drive with 3 children without a booking I explained this to the man on the phone. He assured me...

Great campsite, been visiting for years with young family. Toilets and showers always clean and lots of hot water . Lots of room around pitch and not on top of each other. Kids always have fun. 10 minute walking distance to promenade.

Well laid out campsite on the coast in Salthill, Galway. Bus stop outside camp, into centre Salthill or into Galway. Lovely walks. Very pleasant owners who aren't pushy they kept a place for us whilst we had a look at the campsite next door but O'Hallorans is the better one. Showers are €1 extra and clean but a bit outdated...

Probably the worst site In Ireland. Very disapointed with the facilities and a very ignorant owner who kept us waiting for 30 mins when we checked in. A much better and cheaper site a few hundred yards further down the road on the right

Three of us showed up in Galway on a bike tour of Ireland, without reservations. We were received by the owners, who were such gracious hosts. This campsite saved our trip ! We had found travel by pedal trikes too problematic, and needed a home base for three weeks. This place filled the bill perfectly. Just 2 minutes walk from...

Lovely campsite with really friendly staff, clean and easily accessible toilets from the pitching tent area. Great location just outside Salt hill. There is a bus stop opposite the site which takes you into Galway city center. Would stay again.
