I had reconfirmed my booking a few days before, like I always do so the owners know they will not lose a night's money on the room but never got a reply (there was a question in my email but never got an answer).

Very welcoming staff, excellent freshly cooked full Irish breakfast,clean towels and bedding daily,quiet location with easy access to town centre ,buses and dart. Would highly recommend a visit and will definately stay there again.
