Mabel and Liam were so hospitable and made sure that all our needs were met during my stay here with family. They helped me so much when I was sick with a virus and even went to the chemist for me. The house has great views of the west pier in Dun Laoghaire and the location is so ideal. It's...

I found this B&B on Trip Advisor. My daughter was studying abroad for the summer in Ireland and insisted I come visit her. I started looking around the college for a place to stay. My sister-in-law suggested Dun Laoghaire where she grew up. I found the Connaught House. Old beautiful home with nice rooms. Price was great. Location ideal because...

I found Liam and Mabel to be extraordinarily friendly, lovely and welcoming hosts. The house was beautiful and the location was great, while our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the price per night was very competitive. I would highly recommend this B & B to everyone.

Our decision to stay here was based on price, as hotels in Dublin were out of our budget; then we decided it may also be a nice change in our travels to stay by the sea, and in B&B accomodation instead of the usual hotels. We were not disappointed - Mabel and Liam were perfect hosts, so helpful with any...

The location of the house is right at Dublin bay, the interior was wonderfully furnished and the room...our bedroom was the place I could sleep in forever. The housekeepers Liam...

Breakfast fine, lots of options if you don't want / like the seemingly obligatory cooked breakfast Price is competitive locally. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance of the ferry terminal and DART station. has some free parking The Negatives:- One (shared) shower room...

I became quite ill after first night due to a damp bed.Bathroom was quite a distance from my room and no other room available to me so left after 3 days. The owners did get me an appointment with a doctor i the town on a Sunday morning....

Liam was so inviting and an excellent host. The rooms were very large and comfy but the bathroom was not en suite, which was okay as it was only my family staying there. We were very lucky to stumble on such a wonderful place to stay and would return. Liam is a gentleman and is always asking if you need...
