Amberley House in Dublin cancelled our reservations the day before we were to arrive. We had booked rooms there 3 months ahead. It was an e-mail saying they were under new management and overbooked. We did not know Dublin and had to really scrabble to found another place.

We stayed for three nights with two friends at Amberley. The location was ideal for walking around town (and the Airline bus stop drops you/picks you up right at their front door) and the accommodations were very nice. Wi-fi, clean beds, nice bathroom, (TV, though we didn't use it) etc. We shared a room for 4. It could get a...

We stayed only for 3 nights but every single day when we came back from our long cold trip that was always a warm and happy welcome. Huge bathroom and really good beds. Breakfast was brilliant and the bus stop to the airport is just on the another side of the road. We suggest Amberley House to everyone. Thanks again...

The room was compact but nice and clean and had all the modern facilities that one has come to expect, free WiFi, television, telephone, a selection of tea , coffee and biscuits...

This was an excellent location - just around the corner from the Bus station and was close to main attractions. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. the bed linen and bed very comfortable, and I liked the antique furniture. All in all a very pleasant expeience.

The location of the Amberley House was excellent for access to public transport and to the historical attractions that we enjoyed on our visit to Dublin. Since location is the key factor in our selection of lodging, this is a front runner. Our room had easy access(a lift is provided - we used the handicapped lift), was large, neat and...
