In our international travels Ireland rates the best with consistently above average to excellent accommodations. Thus a rating of 4 out 5 stars in Ireland would probably be a 5 star in other countries. We spent 3 nights at the Baggot Court Townhouse in September 2016 during our one month visit to Ireland. Friendly, helpful owners, delicious breakfast, great location...

The staff were unbelievable so helpful. I got lost coming into Dublin so I called the bnb the lovely lady couldn't help me but she contacted a friend who could. And they put out a continental breakfast for me at 7 when they don't start breakfast until 7. Very very good.

I didn't think much of this place. In an city such as Dublin with tourists from all over the world this kind of accommodation should not exist. The room was small which is fine but with peeling paint work, stains on the walls and ceiling, tatty curtains and the bathroom smelled odd like burnt rubber. The toilet overflowed when I...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was very good. Our room was very small with no room for suitcase except on floor. Bad wifi which rarely worked. Room was up two flights of stairs and there is no elevator. No A/C. Satellite tv. Reasonable walking distance to most attractions and several restaurants nearby. We had a late arrival...

I was very happy I chose this place for my lodging in Dublin. The location is just perfect for me....quieter area but within a 10 minute walk or so of the city centre and all its hustle and bustle. Plus there are tons of fabulous pubs and eateries practically just outside your doorstep, so you don't have to wander far...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good sized room with coffee and tea supplied. We stayed in the annexe which is at the back of the hotel. Walking distance to the buses that you can use to see Dublin. Friendly reception staff who gave us information on where to go and booked our taxi for the airport home.

The staff, including the cleaning staff, were fantastic. They were flexible on my check in time and helped me up to my room straight after laser eye surgery when I was shaken up and really needed to rest.

Great price. Friendly service. Location very good, bus stop right out front. Within walking distance to some points of interest. Room size not bad. Reserved a single room, the room I received had two twin beds. Mattresses weren't very comfortable but were bearable for 4-5 nights. Had a room on the top floor, lots of steps, no lift..however this shouldn't...

There were some pros and cons about this hotel/B&B, so I'll try to be as objective as possible. Pros: - It's in a great location. It's within easy distance of many Dublin museums, and there are lots of bars and restaurants on the same street. There are even 3 Spa shops and a Tesco on Lower Baggot Street, just in...

When you book a room in this kind of "hold House" "historical buildings" places, you expect paper thin walls and limited commodities. But, although the staff there was amazingly great, it didn't make up for the really small, overpriced rooms... Maybe it was because it's July, or that's the average room price in Dublin, but for us that was a...
