Lovely guesthouse. Room was small but everything you needed. Lovely extras like fruit at reception and then in the room with tea and coffee we had biscuits. Slippers were supplied with the usual soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Just a short walk into centre of Dublin. Directions not very clear for our sat nav but once we made... More

Very good small rooms tho. Some of the rooms in the main building are Very small but it does the job in the end of the day tho. They are bigger in the other building and much nicer there, but this worked to. They are ALL Very clean and tidy so that's Very nice.

We stayed there for 4 nights, and the hotel was simply fantastic. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and quite warm. We had room 123, and also had a jacuzzi and a sauna with it. The sauna could easily fit 2 people and the jacuzzi 1. Overall we are quite pleased with the hotel.

Comfortable room and bed, bathroom a little cramped but adequate for a short stay. Good breakfast and parking available. Our room ?114 had a balcony and, although unlike a lot of hotels the room temperature was comfortable, I appreciate the option of opening window or in this case door, for some cool, fresh air at night.

We stayed here over the weekend as we found it to be one of the cheapest hotels to stay in centrally. It was a great location for getting to the Aviva stadium, a ten minute walk from the lovely Ranelagh area and a short twenty minute walk into town. The double bed was comfy and the room was warm. The... More

Firstly the male receptionist was very friendly and a really nice guy. i had a room downstairs and although the room was lovely there was no window and to my horror i could hear the people in the next room using the toilet. I found the guest house rather further from grafton street but the friendliness of the team made... More

I was in Dublin for 2 days conference. I stayed in a single room, as a usually do. But I was nicely surprised by the cleanliness of the place. It truly makes a HUGE difference. The room was equipped even with an electric heater and iron....More than I would usually expect, learned from experience. It makes you feel and experience... More

Very nice guesthouse in a great location near St Stephan's Green. Pleasant staff and comfortable room. We were on the ground floor and it wasn't noisy. Nice bathroom complete with sauna (we didn't use it though).
