Arrived just after lunchtime Friday, room was ready for us on arrival. The room was very clean and well laid out, all the usual such as iron and board, hairdryer and a very good coffee machine. The staff member at reception was extremely friendly, helpful and polite such a nice start to meet someone like him at the start of...

Stayed at the Grand Canal Hotel for 2 nights from 27th to 29th January 2017. Couldn't fault the hotel from our experience. Room was very spacious and clean, bed was enormous and comfy. Bathroom facilities were spotless, and room was very well heated. The hotel is close to the Grand Canal Dock DART train station which is the handiest way...

Stayed here for one night on business: efficient check-in, nice clean rooms, a bar that was absolutely heaving just like a proper Irish bar and completed by a great breakfast the next morning, full cooked irish with freshly made pancakes. I nice walk along the canal brings you into Baggot Street, what more could you ask for.

This hotel is a good mid range hotel withing reasonable walking distance of Grafton Street shops,O'Connell Street and Temple Bar. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good hotel for both business and leisure and would certainly stay again.

Grand Canal Hotel served us well. The staff were friendly on arrival and tried their best to help us with a bus ticket question. The room was a good size and nice and clean. 4/5 starts because breakfast wasn't included in the price and the location is slightly out of the way from all the action. But still within 15-25...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking your time to review our hotel. I am delighted that overall you enjoyed your stay with us and found the staff here to be friendly and helpful. The rooms were very pleasant, spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to center of Dublin and temple bar. The buffet Irish breakfast was a let down but a good hang over cure for the day after Hogmanay, tasted like most foods were just deep fried and sausages tasted like cheap Richmond. Also upon leaving the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for posting your review of the Grand Canal Hotel. I am sorry that you felt the members of staff on the desk in the evening were not as friendly as they should have been. Our breakfast is freshly cooked although for convenience and time saving it is served as a buffet. As well as the quality...

The hotel was great, nice location and clean rooms. The only downside was the room was freezing on the first night and the radiator didn't turn on. Other than that it wasn't too bad. The member of staff was a tad cheeky about a taxi on the last day but we'll blame that on being hungover since it was New...

Be aware the hotel takes a €30 deposit off your card on checking in. Not great if you have a pre loaded credit card to reduce currency charges. This place was lovely inside. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our Grand Canal Hotel.
