My partner and I stayed at this B&B for four nights and had a wonderful experience. PJ and Bernie were wonderful hosts and very friendly. They offered a very filling Irish breakfast and the house was quiet and clean. They helped us navigate the city of Dublin and made us feel so welcome in their home. We would absolutely stay... More

Bernie was such a delight. From booking (through their website), pre-arrival communication, to our actual stay, Bernie was always eager to help make our Dublin adventure the best it could be! The room was cozy and clean. The Irish breakfast was always great. And Bernie was a true host giving great recommendations for things to do in the city as... More

I have stayed three nights at botanic view. Bernie was very kind and helpful and my room was clean and ok for a short stay. I had a small ensuit bedroom with very clean bathroom. The location is very close to Bus stop and 30n minutes walk from city center. Close to Tesco and some take away dinners and grocery... More

Nice, clean and spacious room, good Irish breakfast and well served position (even if not central). Even if we enjoyed visiting crowded places, we much appreciated our staying in the North Side: very genuine people and pubs (don't miss John Kavanagh's pub, just three minutes from Botanic View B&B). Oh, and Bernie was such a great host! Definitely recommended!

The Botanic is a long walk in to the tourist part of town. Not a lot of places to eat near the BnB. The botanic gardens which is close are beautiful and lovely to walk around and the Grave Digger pub is nice. The hosts at the Botanic View seemed tired of the business as though they've gone through the... More

This was our last B&B in Dublin, Ireland and we spent 3 nights here. It was comfortable, very large room. However this was our only B&B on our 15 day trip to Scotland and Ireland that did not offer a hot pot for coffee and tea in our room. Also there were no extras offered like a little snack which... B&b hosts are the main reason b&b's are such a great way to travel. Bernie went over our whole route for the next 2 weeks and really helped the holiday. She even gave us breakfast and took us into town on the first day after our overnight international flight. The location is a short bus to the town center. We... More

Bernie and P.J. made us feel at home both on this trip (6 days) and a previous trip two years ago. We will be repeat customers. Bernie helps us with our sight seeing adventures, provides some great discounts and/or advice relating to local attractions, restaurants and pubs. P.J. was able to give us advice on our golfing plans, and his... More
