Just across the road from the Botanic Garden, this is a friendly, hospitable B&B. Easy bus route into the city centre. There wasn't any tea and coffee facilities in my room - maybe that was an oversight I should have chased but a bit frustrating. Don't know about breakfast as I was out first thing for an early ferry but...

Gave us lots of suggestions that we should see. Nice and clean rooms, the beds are comfortable. Shower and toilet in the room. Full irish breakfast included in the price. Topquality! We strongly recommend this B&B if you're going to Dublin and you want to make the most of your stay!

My friend and I were travelling around Ireland and decided to stay at Botanic View! The experience was great - rooms were clean and the B and B had a self catering area and kitchen in building (in seperate room) which was very useful! Was easy to get to town - bus stop was about 3 minute walk.. and host...

Had an amazing stay at the Botanic View thanks to Berny and PJ who took the time and effort to make sure my stay was comfortable and my experience in Dublin interesting and unforgettable. It's in a great location with plenty to do and see very close by.

Honestly, this place is more of a hostel than a B&B. And, I've stayed in nicer hostels.... I always seek out B&Bs because of the charming aspect, but this place was a far cry from charming. I'll just break it down with pros and cons so you can make your own decision. Pros: -hosts were friendly (especially the husband, he...

Actually I didn't plan to come to Botanic View B&B. Two friends were staying there and I was just accompanying them because I had severe troubles with my flight booking and needed some place with wifi and phone to handle them. I am very thankful for the warm welcome and help I've been offered. She really supported me in any...

Botanic B&B is a nice, familiar place where to stay. It is situated in a quiet area of Dublin, close to the city centre. Bernie and Co., are welcoming, friendly people. An excellent full Irish breakfast is available. My room was quite spacious, clean and warm. Free Wi-Fi is present in the rooms. Thank you, Berny for your hospitality!

We stayed over New Year and had a fantastic time. Bernie and PJ were very nice and helpful. On arrival we were offered tea or coffee and also got some advice on where to go and how to get there. Bernie recommended several pubs in the area which offer very good food and we definitely weren't disappointed. The breakfast was...
