I've spent a couple of nights at this place and this is what I found:
+ It's close to the station, 5 min to the spire and 10 to Temple Bar, 20 to Trinity College approximately.

We were arrived early to the hotel and we're allowed to change and freshen up in the shared kitchen area and store our baggage. The rooms were clean but dated and the upstairs windows were very drafty but once the heating was on there wasn't...More
The staff were very nice and very helpful and talkative. Room was clean, out dated, but even tho Under 8€ for a taxi to Temple Street Bar where all the magic hapens. That pretty much sums up my stay there.
Was reasonably clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable however the windows were not great, letting in a cold draft and noise, and the duvet was very thin. But once we discovered the radiator on the second night this wasn't so much of a problem....More
