Staff excellent - Cannot fault them. However hotel, shabby, dated and needs a refurb. Laundry in the corridors on evening of arrival. The location is great for nights out and being part of the tourist area, but be prepared for noise - Issued ear plugs as standard with the tea and coffee in room. It was cheaper than other hotels...

The Hotel was perfectly located for access to the City Centre and beyond ( Concert venues ). The parking was perfect and close and the food in the restaurant was excellent and great value. I must give a special thanks to the Restaurant staff and Abid at the reception, very professional people. Many thanks. Lorcan and Helene Cork

My partner and I visited Dublin Citi Hotel for a night away and it is a very nice hotel with a great location in the heart of the city. The room was very clean and I got a very good sleep, with the noise of temple bar drowned out by the time I closed my windows. Would definitely stay here...

The best hotel ever. Patrick, was amazing and so helpful. He should be the manager of this place. The room is so clean and smells good as well. Patrick, also answered all my questions and gave me a plug and a fan so I could stay cool and have a full battery for my phone. Thanks, Frank

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was terrible. The location is amazing, but the room itself was old and shabby with awful dated decor and filthy carpets. The photographer who took the pictures shown on the website deserves an award, because the place looks nothing like it in reality. The place was also terribly noisy and...
