This hotel is really in the best location--in between Temple Bar, O'Connell Street, Grafton Street, St. Stephen's Park, etc. The people at the dest were extremely friendly and informative. The room was very clean. The rroms are adequate, but need renovation. We had to change rooms at midnight because a window would not close and was blowing cold wind in....

Hotel has excellent location and room was comfortable and reasonably priced (for Dublin). Bathroom needed refurbishment. Plugs let water leak and I never could work out the shower. Breakfast unexciting, repetitive and ghastly coffee but the real bugbear was wi if in one location only and then intermittent. Can't believe I am writing this in 2017 but it really bugged...

The best part of staying in this hotel was definitely the location. It was my second trip to Dublin and I know for sure that you can't possibly stay in a better area of the city. Everything is literally in walking distance. Other than that the hotel no more than average. The rooms are ok but need an upgrade. I...

Two good things about this hotel. Location and it was quiet. The rest was down hill all the way. No wi fi in room - it was in a downstairs lounge if and when it was working. Man on duty one evening said he knew nothing about it and/or how to fix it. First blamed my computer but that didn't...

Ok, by Dublin standards, this is a cheap hotel, and you (don't) get what you (don't) pay for. Our room was very noisy through the night - not the noise from within the hotel, but from the street - secondary glazing is badly needed. I'm a light sleeper and would not have managed to sleep hadn't I been so exhausted...

We picked this hotel as we were meeting friends nearby and didn't want to worry about getting back to our hotel. It is in a great location right in the middle of the Grafton street area which is very lively at night. We stayed in room 504 which looked out over the back and was very quiet. The hotel is...

This place was probably nice 70 years ago. It REALLY needs some TLC. The location is great, but all else disappointing. No WIFI even in the " lobby". Furniture needs to be tossed. Toilet didn't flush. Office staff was pleasant considering guests were complaining about lack of WiFi. We had a 4 night reservation but bailed out as soon as...

Staff were very pleasant but the hotel is very old and unfortunately the hot breakfast was cold. The staff were top notch and very helpful, I really can't fault them, they helped with the room and with discount on parking. The hotel is very dated and needs an overhaul, some of the woodwork is starting to rot in places and...
