Had some manager accuse me of setting a fire extinguisher off . The police arrested my friend and I was then blackmailed by the manager to pay 100 euros before he made the call to the police to get my friend released. The rooms are cold and dirty and well dated. I've seen better dog kennels

Well-located, but this hotel is in dire need of a large amount of investment - the rooms are shabby and very tired. Bathroom was mouldy, the carpets, curtains and furniture permanently stained. The bed sagged in the middle and needed replacing, ironing board cover ripped, lampshades ripped. But worst by far was the complete lack of sound proofing - so...

Stayed here over the Christmas and was unimpressed. The place was tired and quite rundown. Cleaning standards were very low both in the common space and the rooms. The bed in our room should have changed a long time ago. Badly needs investment

We selected this Hotel as it was one of the few available in the city centre with smoking rooms as my wife is a smoker. The location is excellent very close to Grafton Street and the Gaiety theatre and the staff were very friendly and helpful. That however is where the positives end. The rooms themselves appear worn and in...

Stayed here for three nights and it was just what we needed. The location was fantastic, a 5-10 minute walk to temple bar with some nice pubs, restaurants and shops on the way. The hotel is a bit old but that's part of it's charm, everything worked fine. We recommended this hotel to a friend and they had a great...

You will need ear plugs to stay here. Perfect location. Clean sheets and towels but the interior including the wall-to-wall carpet and furniture were very worn out. Okay for a weekend stay. The breakfast was bad, they have much better alternatives on the other side of the street. The staff in the reception were nice. One of them offered to...

This is certainly a comfortable place to stay in centre of town and good value for money.decor is rather old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. Friendly, efficient polite and helpful staff. Can be a little noisy early in the morning from the street if you are at the front of the hotel as the city wakes up to a...

Stayed here on 14th Dec. Extremely disappointed. Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many of Dublins best shops, restaurants and pubs. The minute you walk in the door, it cries out for help in the decor and upgrade dept and also with old damaged furniture. The upstairs gets worse, stained carpet and walls in corridors. Bedroom...

Stayed here for a long weekend. The room was filthy. Almost all the furniture was broken. The walls of our bedroom were stained with what looked like dried blood and mucous. The shower ran hot to cold without warning. The WiFi is only accessible on the first floor and even if you get connected you could be waiting a while...

Went here for my birthday for a couple of days. Hotel was very basic and staff in need of some basic customer service skills. Staff were friendly enough just No One asked if we even enjoyed our stay. The room itself didn't have enough plugs, could do with a deep clean, and needs an upgrade of facilities. TV was from...
