When other reviewers say this hotel is only for a one- or two-night stay, my experience backs that up. It hosts business meetings and conventions, and is probably not the best option in Dublin for the leisure traveler. They cater to the corporate market and the recreational clientele seems secondary. The desk staff is hit or miss. The weekday morning...

Thought it may be a bit better than it was based on the price. Still very tidy and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Good buffet breakfast and easy waking distance to good restaurants and pubs - no need for taxi rides. One of the lifts was out of order which left only one to ferry everyone up and down,...

Had two stays at this hotel. The first week was at what I believe was the older wing, 8th floor (closer to the smaller back elevators). So-so. Comfortable. Not too small. No fridge or minibar. Terrible internet connection. The second week was in the newer wing with the view of the hotel front, 5th floor, and the rooms were pretty...

It can be tricky to find the entrance depends what way you arrive,Some rooms don't have any views the room i stayed was looking out onto a dirty flat roof,If going to the 3arena it is a nice walk 20minutes or so and can walk by the docklands

Recently stayed for two nights while in a business trip to Dublin. From the extremely friendly check in to the time I checked out I was treated really well by people who knew what they were doing. They at all times delivered high quality professional service with a smile. Great to see in what was a busy hotel. Thank you.

The staff at check in were SO rude. Absoluteley no personality and no willingness to help or answer any questions. The rooms were filthy. I ended up leaving early an staying in another hotel as I was so uncomfortable here. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. I could not in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone....

After an early flight and a long days work I was looking forward to a decedent nights sleep. Easy check in, room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Decided on room service, slightly disappointed in the lack of choice but went for the lamb chilli & nachos, it was ok, too many nachos ! Great sleep and breakfast...

Some things were missing in the room (not enough towels, hair dryer, shower broken), but the employees fixed the problem shortly and were very kind. I would probably go back, mostly because of the location. It is not too far from city center, but far enough to be quiet at night (about 15 minutes in bus).
