From the beginning, the staff was very helpful--we missed our incoming flight and finally arrived early in the morning. I emailed them as soon as we missed the flight and they were okay with us checking in early (6:00am approximately) to the room. The room itself was very clean, The linens, pillows, mattress were very comfortable. The room was nicely...

Lovely hotel, they have nice furniture and it stands in a good area and very central in Dublin. Quiet and good clean rooms. Good breakfast. The only thing was the "locked up feeling" in the room we had, in the top under the roof. In case of emergency you would be stuck in there..... Everything else was perfect.

Dear Helma, Thank you for staying with us and leaving a great rating and review. We are pleased to hear you spent a good time at Egans. If someone preferred to change room and our availability allows that, there is no problem at all to shift rooms. There are a number of emergency exits in the guesthouse and required safety...

Our room on the top floor was clean and comfortable, although there was a very minor leak from the skylight window when it poured on our second night. The hotel was in a pleasant, quiet part of town, not far from the National Botanic Gardens, and we enjoyed being able to walk there. Breakfast was nothing special.

Comfortable beds, a quiet area but within walking distance of friendly pubs and good restaurants. Also near a park to walk around. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and available in the lounge area. We managed to find a parking place but probably worth paying to park in one of the limited spaces for the hotel.

This guesthouse is a beautiful Edwardian style guesthouse. Our room was in the front of the house and had quite lovely architecture and was very clean however be warned that it was noisy. All street noises carried, even cars driving down the street. In addition the narrow hall in front of the room was enclosed by a door on each...

A great place to stay if in Dublin. Also has a continental or full breakfast on order. Staff are very helpful and willing to give advice on good places to eat and interesting attractions to look at. Also provides a 10% discount on meals at the Brian Boru pub.

We stayed here our last two nights in Ireland. It is very basic, but nice for the price. Our family of 4 adults stayed in the quad room, which was great. The bathroom is tiny, but there was another just down some steps that was available as well. It got in the 70s while we were there and the small...
