Staff really kind!!! The room was really good and big. The bed so comfortable and the breakfast delicious. If I need to find something to change maybe I will propose a bathroom restyling and to adjust the wifi because there was some problem with the wifi in the room sometime, just minor issues anyway.

Managed to get a great weekend deal on flights and hotel, ended up at this one. Got the 757 bus from the airport, drops you right on the corner near the hotel for 6 euros. Arrived at 8am knowing we couldn't check in until 2pm and was able to leave luggage. We had no idea where we were going but...

Excellent hotel, located only a short 10 min walk to the center of Dublin, staff very friendly and hotel is very clean, breakfast is excellent, rooms are large, showers are a let down not very powerful. Excellent base to explore the city of Dublin.

The location was perfect - all walking distance from temple bar, the high street shops and restaurants. The hotel staff we really nice. We were able to check in early and leave our bags upon check out. Staff were all really nice and the room was clean with the biggest bed I've ever seen and fresh towels/toiletries every day. If...

Hotel is in a very good location. The room was clean and was a good size for a single room, but the window didn't shut properly. The wifi was absolutely terrible. It hardly ever worked, and when it did it cut out very quickly.

The bar service was terrible. Early friday evening, when I ordered a drink (just a common bottle of beer), was told there was a function on and all the drinks were there. Visited the bar on saturday evening and same story. Went elsewhere but as i was a resident i went to the bar later and guess what.... the drinks...

Stayed in a twin room a few days ago and had a lovely time. The hotel is in need of some modernisation but was well maintained and perfectly clean. The wifi is a bit rubbish and the shower is a bit twitchy but neither of those warranted losing a star on the review. Breakfast was really nice, we thought it...

This is one of four O'Callaghan hotels within close proximity to one another in the city, and the Alexander is probably the oldest. But this does not affect the quality you receive when staying there as the friendliness of the staff there is excellent. Room - We stayed in a suite consisting of a double bed (2 x singles zipped...

Amazing location, and have nothing to complain about the services. As I was on a business trip, I did not expect luxury and pampering, but wow - the state of the room and the view from the room I stayed in really did not match the price I paid. Reminded me a lot of a hotel, sorry - I meant...
