Great city centre location and very good value. Was in a single room, just refurbished, very nice bed and bathroom. Very small but perfect for my purposes. Not suitable for kids (don't think they accept children) or if you'll be going to bed early and need silence (it's a busy area at night) but great for single/couples in Dublin for...

Great location and great decor. Just very small and without air-conditioning (which is very common in Ireland, but a bit shocking for an American). The staff were extremely friendly and the entire process was very simple and pleasant. The bed was my favorite part - very comfy!

Very close to the city centre, the Grafton Guesthouse is a good place to stay, not very expensive, in the booking there was included the breakfast in a french restaurant situated one minute walk from the hotel. Essential but tasty breakfast, I loved the brown bread with raspberry jam! Yummy! Cleaning service available. I Recommend it!

If you're not planning to spend any time in your room then this single would be great. It was clean but not much bigger than the single bed it held. The heat couldn't be adjusted so I left the window open. Wifi worked great and the continental breakfast was what I expected--bread cheese meat granola fruit salad. For what I...

unfortunately our stay at the much acclaimed Grafton Guest House was very unpleasant, indeed. We were a party of three, and the "newly refurbished double" looked nice on the first instant, but turned out to be done with cheap material (like bad windows), the heating was not be controlled (although it said so), so there was nothing that would prevent...

Thanks for your feedback! We are truly sorry that your experience with us did not meet with your expectation. We take time to confirm with each booking the room type reserved. We are upgrading our accommodation, the older style rooms are available at a lower price. The newly refurbished rooms have been styled and created with reclaimed Irish Oak. The...

Stayed here from Monday night and checked out Friday morning. First off this hotel was easy to find but the one were you have to check in was not so easy. It is only down the road a little way but no obvious signs. The receptionist was helpful and answered all our questions. The included breakfast is in a different...

Grafton Guesthouse was perfect for our needs. We weren't planning on spending much time in our rooms, so we didn't need anything extravagant. The property was centrally located to everything we could possibly want to walk to; the staff were very friendly and helpful; the beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely...

This hotel was super crappy and their 'remodel" just made it look like a construction site. The stairs were quite a hassle with luggage and not to mention their reception is in a different building. Our room was tiny and the noise outside the window at night was miserable. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!

Location and breakfast fantastic! However it's important that people are aware that there is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep. Not nice when you have heavy suitcases. Room and bathroom very small. No remote for TV.
