I don't really like giving bad reviews, however I have to say I was quite disappointed with my stay in this hotel. Despite this some of the blame is on me as I didn't complain and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly so I'm sure they would have been very accommodating if I had spoken up. The positives of...

The hotel is located within 10 minutes of O'Connell Street and about 20 minutes from Temple Bar. The staff are friendly and the hotel is really pleasant with its own bar. Rooms are serviced daily and are nice and clean. Breakfast served until 10:30 and there was lots of choice. Only negative was that the bathroom needs modernising/replacing.

Stayed in a triple room for a girls weekend for 2 nights and the hotel was sound for the occasion. We were not in the room much and so we're happy with a clean basic room. The paint on the ceiling was flaking away and decor bit tired looking, rooms were warm, shower powerful too. Breakfast was included with options...

The room was basic and dated but clean. The beds in the twin room were very narrow but comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location next to the station, only a few minutes from O'Connell Street. The breakfast was good with a good choice.

We were based on the 1 st floor, we did not hear the train, the room was so clean,it was faultless.not far from the main drag of the shopping...

We were offered a renovated room on 3th. floor. The room was okay, but the last finish was missing. The lamp at the toilet hanged down the wall in the wire, and another lamp was'nt working. The cleaning one day was very inferior. But the breakfast, full irish breakfast, was delicious. And it was possible to add real good expresso...

Great hotel, lads weekend away, clean nice beds not like your cheap hostels that are around. Fresh Irish breakfast as well as continental breakfast every day, served til 10:30. Ideal for groups or couples or business. Would definitely stay here again well worth it!

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of January. We got the 747 bus from the airport & it stopped just across the road from the hotel which was a bonus. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked us in & also gave us a map of Dublin. Had a drink in the hotel bar...
