Had a very surreal experience at the Regncy. Both in a good way and a bad way so to explore all avenues I'll go through everything. Location from the airport - Excellent Upon checking in I was given the dreaded card key. Needless to say it didnt work so back down I went. The porter kindly gained me access to...

Stayed at the Regency and our room was nice and clean. Had dinner but the table arrangements very poor, being too close to each other. Ate in bar the second night and it was lovely.Hotel would need to be updated. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Booked for two nights and after reading some reviews wasn't expecting much but I have to say I was more than pleased. If you're looking for a boutique type hotel this isn't it but we found the staff welcoming and the room clean (if a little dated). We had a room on the 4th floor which had a great view over...

Upon arrival we were handed key to room and set off, only to realise we had not been told where it was! The room itself was disgusting. Stained pillowcases, used milk and teabag containers, television cable hanging off wall, with bare wires. We were allocated another room... and it got worse. Filthy cushions, no plug for bathtub, mould in washbasin...

Stayed on a family package that included a trip to the zoo. Hotel was a bit dated and tired looking but rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We ate diner in the hotel and was ok but stay away from the steak. Kids meals and juices all free so that keeps the price down. All in all was a pleasant...

We stayed here on a Bank Holiday break for the family. It offered great value for money, but saying that you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean but very dated. The food in the restaurant was very poor and the children's choices were far from healthy options. We had to complain about the noise twice during the...

Booked a 'special package deal' to attend the Lion King which included evening meal, transfers to the show, bed and breakfast and was delighted with the experience.
