Excellent location on Waterloo Road. Close to Aviva Stadium and also easy walk to city centre. Room very nice and bathroom excellent. Breakfast cooked and buffet was also very good with excellent service. Price for this area of Dublin is also very good and we parked out front fro free which was nice.

We absolutely loved the Waterloo House. It was the first stop of our Irish vacation and we stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. We were able to check in early too, which was wonderful after getting zero sleep on our flights from Florida. The location is perfect too, just...

We recently stayed four nights at the Waterloo House and it was perfect! Our room was ample and very comfortable. Breakfast in their glassed patio was very tasty and very relaxing. The staff did everything they could to make sure all our stay not only at their guesthouse but in Dublin was perfect. Special kudos to Kate, who went above...

As you enter the house, a cosy sitting room welcomes you. The staff is thoughtful, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with babysitting one night. Our family had 3 lovely rooms. They all were quiet, clean, comfortable with period decor. We all slept well after our days of exploring fabulous Dublin! Public transportation picks...

I found this place last week when looking for an alternative to city centre hotels. It's a very comfortable guesthouse with friendly staff. The location is excellent as it's within walking distance of many of the city centre attractions. My wife and I stayed in Room 22 which is a lovely, spacious room overlooking the street with one of the...

We stayed there two nights and we very happy with the room, the staff, and especially the breakfast room. It is glassed in and overlooks the garden. The breakfasts are cooked to order and quite good. We could walk to the local pubs and restaurants quite easily from there.

Waterloo House was a very nice place to stay, handy to many restaurants and bus stop very close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a little small, but comfortable and clean. Maybe a bit overpriced.

Have to take off a star for the breakfast and room was so hot. I had the Irish Breakfast once and the egg was so over cooked the yolk was in chunks. The sausage, meat and black/white pudding were dry yet greasy. I went to my room and promptly vomited. Location is good a nice walk to St Stephen's Green.

Good clean hotel in a good location, with friendly staff.....but over priced @ 179 per night for what you get, the rooms are small with squeaky floor boards and it's more like a nice B&B than a 4 star Hotel.

I stayed at Waterloo House for 4 nights, and would happily stay there the next time I'm in Dublin. It's a 2-minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and amenities of Baggott Street, and about 15-20 minutes from St Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. There's also a bus stop right outside and taxis are easy to come by. The staff was...
