Good central location - easy access to O'Connell St and all city facilities. Room adequate. Sound proof windows didn't cut traffic noise, thin walls. Mixed service at reception- Margaret -lovely, bright and helpful; Talita (sp) also lovely, Zula (sp.) grumpy and couldn't be bothered. Overall good value and location made it worthwhile!

Just ok. Cheked in and receptionist well received and after that no one has cleaned the room next 4 days.It would be good if they clean everyday.Apart from that everything is OK. Very friendly receptionist and they are helpful.

After reading thereviews I wasn't too keen to be staying here, but there was nothing wrong with it. Small, cosy, clean.very friendly staff. Helpful. Nice for two, weekend stay. Nothing to complain about. I guess the only down was we didn't get towels, no big deal. Very close to city, ideal really, if Ur happy with a small n cosy place.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B for the weekend and we both thought it was perfect for a city break. The staff were so friendly, the location was ideal and our room and ensuite were immaculate! Very pleased and would definitely recommend! :)

However we thought we would have breakfast included as stated on the web site so please note. It didn't matter in the end but was extra cost to a slightly pricey place anyway ( but this is Dublin, so...
