If you want to be near the Temple Bar with its bars, pubs, restaurants and nightlife, the Eliza Lodge is your place to stay. Bring your earplugs though if you want to get any sleep because it is very noisy even with the windows closed well into the early morning. My wife and I stayed here Saturday, Sunday and Monday...

Stayed at the Eliza Lodge with my partner for 1 night on our short trip to Dublin. This hotel is right in the Temple Bar area so location for partying etc is fantastic. We had a room on the 1st floor with a view of river Liffy :) room was basic like a 2 star or at a push 3...

We chose this hotel because it was in the Temple Bar area and overlooked the Liffey River. This is where most of the action in Dublin is located. So if you want music, dancing, good restaurants, easy access to shopping and tourist areas this is the place to be. If you want peace and quiet then select a hotel away...

We stayed 4 nights at the Eliza lodge while in Dublin for the Solheim. The lodge was in a location very convenient to the Temple Bar area, the historical area and the train station. Yes, the rooms were a bit small, but how much time will one spend in their room while in Dublin! The lodge staff, as well as...

The hotel is in a great location with a nice view from your room over the River Liffey. Within walking distance from great pubs (Temple Bar) and other attractions and shops. Rooms are clean and tidy, but minimal. Being in a busy street it's very noisy though, so don't expect much sleep :P The reception desk was hardly never staffed,...

I booked this hotel for a girls weekend with my friend and it served its purpose 100%. We knew it would be noisy after reading all the other reviews but since we were out both nights by the time we got home it was quiet. The room was quite small but the beds were comfortable, the room clean and there...

We spent three nights at Eliza Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is central to activities/attractions in Dublin. We were able to walk to everything. We had the penthouse corner (room 400) and the views were amazing. I can't imagine any lodging in Dublin offered better views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact, on the...

I stayed with my family for a weekend and we booked 2 penthouse rooms, one being room 400 and also 403. We were all very pleased with the central location, also pleased with the rooms and had a great weekend. Room 400 has the edge, this is the corner room so looks over the Liffey and down into Temple Bar...
