Glenogra is situated almost directly opposite the RDS in Ballsbridge. This makes it very handy for anyone attending a match, convention or concert. The house is very clean and warm and the welcome is friendly. Yes it is old fashioned and could probably do with modernisation but don't let this stop you from staying there.

After a very long flight arriving a hour early,(4 am) then driving in the rain and dark on the wrong side of the road, we tentatively knocked on the door, knowing we were about 12 hours early for our room but looking for a spot to land. We were welcomed in by John who helped us park our car, offered... More

I had spent 4 nights in Glenogra Townhouse, Dublin from 23rd May to 27th May 2016 on a business trip to Ireland. It is a cozy and homely place to stay. Let me jot down the basic point for the fellow travellers:- 1. Location: Excellent location in Ballsbridge. 2 min walking distance from Sandymount Dart station which will take you... More

I have just returned from a one night stay and although house was very clean and tidy I had a few issues with our stay. Firstly we were welcomed into the guesthouse and taken to our room (19). Room was extremely basic and small but very clean. On the ceiling there was a small window with no covering so room... More

A very nice place to stay in the upmarket Ballsbridge district. Large & comfortable room, excellent wifi, great fried Irish breakfast and convenient location on the Aircoach route to and from the airport. Great place!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Business is conducted by father and son. We had most conversations with the son. He gave us many good tips. It was not possible for us to get our room for the first night because two customers became ill. Without hesitation he managed another suite for us in a close hotel. The breakfast is approximately but not... More

Clean comfortable guesthouse/hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent freshly cooked breakfast served with a smile. If ever I go back will stay here again. Other friends booked into modern city centre hotels weren't so happy with their accomodation, uncomfortable beds and mass produced luke warm breakfast. Well done Glenogra.
