Very friendly staff. The hotel is located in the center of Dublin with many restaurants, shopping opportunities, pubs, etc around.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful gentleman at the front door. Rooms where very well set out, beds excellent and ensuite bathroom lovely and clean. All staff both on the reception and in the restaurant where very helpful and friendly.

Our room faced a small interior opening. Hard to describe, but it was quiet. I'm a light sleeper too & travel with a 'noise maker' that drowns out those noises that would normally have woken me up. They even have apps now that you can use. I use the white noise setting so it just sounds like a constant fan with no variation in sound.
