Having booked a twin room directly with this hotel in May for a short break in Dublin last week, it was quite a shock to find out when we arrived there to find that we had been allocated a double room. We were told by the young man on reception to 'go away and come back later" . Later, with...

My wife and I spent four nights in this hotel at the start of our month long visit to Ireland. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Dublin. It's just a short ten minutes or so walk down the main downtown street to the Liffey river and a lot of the sights in that area. The rooms are...

Stayed on arrival to Dublin. Great location just off O'Connell St so could walk to many of the sights in centre of city. Great access from airport by bus (drop off / pick up just outside door for the green bus). HOHO bus just around corner. Staff were friendly & very helpful. Room was good except it was very small...

Stayed Tuesday to Friday and couldn't fault the hotel! Helpful staff and good buffet breakfast. Room was small but clean and perfectly adequate for a base in Dublin. Great central location and perfect position for airport 747 bus link. Would stay here again.

Stayed 6 nights at this hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were compact but clean. The young lady in the bar was very friendly. Had breakfast the day of arrival but because we were not yet assigned a room had to pay 12.50/person. Tried again another morning but since we didn't prebook the night before, couldn't get the discounted rate...

Avoid this hotel. We arrived after a long day travelling and after getting to our room we could hear a constant buzzing sound. Right next to our window was a large extractor pipe. My partner immediately went to reception to request if we could move rooms away from that pipe. We were flatly refused and told the noise would stop...

Warm and welcoming reception. We got a free upgrade to a spacious room on third floor facing to the entrance facade. The room was clean an equipped with all expected equipment. Comfortable bed. Basic English breakfast was included in our room rate. The WiFi is not very stable, but staff reboots the routers on request. Yes, I would definitely recommend...

Good hotel to arrive to after a 28 hour flight, airport shuttle bus stop is across road. Close to hop on/off tours just around corner. Only problem was the shower in bath, was very slippery and quite narrow, ( my mother had chemo treatment so feet not that steady) we didn't bother asking for new room as tired but good...
