Today myself and my friend visited Clontarf Castle to have Fusion Afternoon Tea. The experience was Excellent and Delightful. A lady called Mandi (Mandi with an I, and an Eye for detail and professional service she did have). I have had afternoon tea in many places before but this was by far the best experience ever. We had a choice...

Stayed in Clontarf Castle while in Dublin on business and a small weekend break. Great service and top class room. We had a roof suite featuring four poster bed, bath and shower, seating area , views over Dublin Bay and the most comfortable mattress we slept on in years. 5 stars

We stayed at the end of our city break to Dublin for my boyfriends birthday. On arrival we had been upgraded, my boyfriend received a slice of chocolate cake delivered to our room for his birthday which was divine! We ate in the beautiful restaurant and I can honestly say was one of the best meals I've ever eaten! The...

The hotel's general accommodation (like entrance hall, restaurant) really has the mediëval atmosphere of a castle. It's a pity that the rooms don't have that. There was a modern update of the rooms, but in our room it was not nice to find large dirty stains on the curtains. However, the rest of the room was nice and cleaned well,...

The food and service in the bar is very good, as is breakfast. In particular the staff in the bar are very friendly and helpful. I've heard that the main restaurant...

That was definitely a first. The original castle structure has been modified slightly to become the main lobby/foyer area, restaurants, and sitting areas. They've added "wings" to either side where the rooms are located but the style/feel of the additions work with the original structure. We had a standard single room and there was plenty of room for my wife...
