Nice hotel with a great location. Clean rooms, very good beds, The staff is polite and helpful. Not much to complain about. We missed a little fridge/minibar in the room, thats all . Had a nice stay here and will book this hotel next time we are in Dublin :)

We had a lovely few days at the Cassidy Hotel, very clean and tidy, very helpful and friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were simple and had all you required. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. Ideal location close to everything we wanted to see and do, we would definitely book again.

Nice staff, nice rooms, amazing location. SAFE. We went walking out late at night just to stroll around the area, and we felt perfectly safe. It was wonderful. It's a three star hotel, and it looks that way. That doesn't mean anything bad. It's not super-fancy, but it's not rundown. Maybe a tad dated on the bathroom and other features,...

My friend and I stopped over after a concert in the 3 Arena. While the staff earlier in the day were very friendly this eased up at night time. We were assured as residence we would get a late drink after the concert. Now last drinks just after 1am is certainly not our idea of a late drink. A very...

Myself and my partner stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting Dublin. The hotel was excellent, can't fault it. The staff were very helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was clean and homely as was our room. We had a room at the side of the hotel which was reasonably quiet. Food in the hotel was excellent, great choice,...

Stayed at Cassidy's 2 nts. The hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance to all that Dublin has to offer visitors. Easy to get to from the airport utilising the shuttle which stops outside practically. The tour office for the hop on hop off is located within walking distance which was handy. The hotel itself is rather old and...

Having arrived in Dublin quite early in the morning we popped into the hotel to see if they had a left luggage facility prior to our check in later that day. We were greeted by Javier on reception who was so helpful even apologising that our room was not ready (we wasn't really expecting it to be at 9.30am). Having...
