I find it very difficult to say anything negative about this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very courteous and you could tell that they were genuinely happy to help. We requested an early check-in as we were due to arrive some hours before the 3 o'clock time. When we got there, our room was ready...

We stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed our time there. Great service from reception and a convenient location in central Dublin, my boyfriend and I were able to walk everywhere. We wanted some fresh air in our rooms while we slept (we turned off the heater and opened the windows) but found it was quite loud around 7am...

It has been an amazing stay at the Cassidys Hotel. We had a 4 night stay, at a beautiful room, very spacious and clea. Staff are so friendly!! (as well every Irish people we met). Breakfast is amazing, and the food at the Bistro is delicious. Only one thing that should be improved, the wi-fi connection. The rest is perfect....

This is a well placed hotel, walking distance to most of the sights and a bus stop just outside for the rest. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and tried their level best with the queries we had. The room was lovely with clean bedding and a comfy bed and with an excellent WiFi signal. The only complaint we...

Driving into Dublin it was quite confusing with all the one way streets, finally finding our hotel we discovered that the car park they had was full and we had to park about 2 blocks away. Which naturally didn't make us very happy as it was raining. Apparently you need to prebook a car park before you get there, something...

The hotel is located at the edge of O'connel street (famous road in Dublin) and you can easily visit Dublin by walk from the hotel. Friendly staff, perfect location for shopping, pubs, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a good value for money stay at Cassidys Hotel. The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance from shopping hubs (especially Henry Street) and the Temple Bar area. A pleasant hotel pub and restaurant and a good breakfast (for an extra 10 Euro) are notable. The hotel is clean and has all the necessary facilities. Only minor...

Cassidy's Hotel was in a great location and had very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Would recommend to others. Kept our bags in a locked room after checkout so that we could explore the city more.
