Stayed here for 4 nights on business in Sept of this year. I asked for a quiet room (single), and believe I may have been given the best of the quiet rooms, as I never heard a noise all night. The rooms are very clean, and even the single room had a large bed. Great big flat screen TV, plenty...

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be anything like it turned out to be. A single room I thought would be just that. However, I was positively surprised to find a spacious room with two beds and general hotel facilities. Cleanliness was evident, the car park safe and, of course, the location is wonderful. Staff were most helpful. The only...

The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Excellent porridge. The evening meals were ok. Mother Reilleys next door was lively. We thought the shower in the room was not very powerful and the position of the mirror and the hairdryer in the bathroom was ridiculous.

3 star quality in a great area of rathmines. Food was great and staff were very helful Room decor could do with an upgrade in my opinion. Everything kept clean and the carpark was really handy. The pub attached to the hotel had a great athmosphere and food was also really good.

Hello, We are glad to know you found your stay satisfactory. In regards to the decor, it wouldn't suit everyone's taste, and we're sorry to hear you found it lacking, however, we find it cozy and suitable for most of our guests. We look forward to welcoming you again soon. Kindest regards, Marcela Garzaro

Myself and my husband stayed here with our two children in September on a Friday night. The hotel itself has a lovely ambience and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I had my newborn with me and needed a travel cot set up, we had a bit of difficulty with the setting up of it but the lady made...

We stayed here 2 nights. It was nice. Comfortable, clean, the staff were pleasant. I wouldn't rave about it but I would stay there again. It is a liitle far out of town for a comfortable walk but fine if you don't mind the exercise. The food was good, plenty of choice at breakfast, and our evening meal was tasty....

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are glad you found your stay adequate, but regret you found some of our staff to be rude/unfriendly. In regards to the payment, the receptionist on duty was not told that the rooms were being taken paid by someone else. There was no payment made on the bill as of yet when you...

Never been to Dublin before .. the Uppercross reception staff are just lovely, not only answering questions about buses, events, sightseeing but adding other useful info/ideas & looking stuff up. Yes, Rathmines is out of the centre but the choice of buses & frequency was good and maps are freely available. Yes the hotel has longish corridors but the room...

This inn is just average as far as accommodations go. They have a maze of wandering hallways that make it quite a walk to your room from the desk or door. Then you have to take a bus or cab to go anywhere because there are no attractions nearby. There are places to eat and supermarkets but that's about it....

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the hotel was not to your satisfaction. We are a bit of a maze, but easy enough to get around once you've got your bearings. The building itself in a Georgian house, with an addition added 15 years ago. It may seen far to get to rooms, but reception is...
