Check in was fine, room was fine...plugs you can access, light switches that actually turn on the light you expect, clean room, comfy bed, hot breakfast. Staff friendly and accommodating. Service always good. Nice bar with nice bar staff, again service always good. There are a few bad reviews on here about rude staff but we never encountered them. The...

My friend and I booked for 2 nights on our first visit to Dublin. On arrival, our door lock was not working and after almost 30 minutes of standing waiting outside our room, we were eventually offered a different room. We went to the next room to find it was not clean. There were small hairs on the shower floor...

Was expecting better quality of the bathroom; Room size was nice. Localization of the hotel was quite good, central. Ar conditioning was not needed but was broken either way. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not included in the room price (10€/person/night) and was served in a normal buffet.

The positives: very central location, on the 747 bus link route from the airport, 20 minutes walk into town, round the corner from the hop on/off sightseeing bus, 20 minutes from Croke Park, fabulous staff, good breakfast and bar food. The negatives: very dated and tired looking rooms which are noisy at the front due to a bus station. Asked...

This was a pretty basic hotel which was clean and offered a good breakfast. I was pretty upset to have to pay top dollar for it just because Bruce Springsteen was in town but hey ho, didn't have much choice. The whole place could do with a bit of a facelift, decor very tired, bathrooms old fashioned beds well worn...

I admit it was a late booking, but €249 for one night in the liberties. No breakfast, no secure parking, no access for loading and unloading. No safe and not being railway enthusiasts a railway station at the back where we were. There's a police (Gardai) station next door. That's good especially when you're in Dublin in a turf war...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is opposite the central bus station - perfect for transfers to andfrom the airport using the 747, but this obviously makes it noisy, especially if your room overlooks the bus station, as ours did! It was either endure the noise, or have the room to warm. The room itself was ok, large...

The location and price of this hotel are very good, but the common areas and room are in a desperate need of a renovation. Everything is in poor condition. The AC in our room was not working apparently for a long time since it had a very nice permanent sign. We had to sleep with the window open, there are...

The hotel is clean and staff exceptional and location not bad but if your room number is in the 500s You'll be disappointed. Up and down a maze of stairs to the far end of the hotel disconnected from everyone. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay again.

I have stayed here a number of times wile my partner does business, its a great location in Dublin for everything. Last time we stayed I thought the hotel was a little run down, but seems to have had a make over and some new faces since our last trip, breakfast is always good and we like the bar for...
