We had the best time at the Morgan Hotel going for a wedding weekend, and the best service!!! Nina at the bar was so personable fun and took care of us all weekend. This place is so awesome- definitely have to stay here if you’re staying in Dublin. And if you’re looking for the best service- ask for Nina!
First of all I can't say enough wonderful things about your hotel. The location was absolutely perfect and we could walk everywhere. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable. However, what really made our experience was your employee Nina. We we first arrived, we were jet lagged/tired and walked into your bar area to grab a bite to eat. She was the best first impression for our trip and immediately made us feel at home. She was so professional, attentive and kind. Our family friends joined us for the week the following day and felt the same way about her. We were fortunate enough to see her everyday of our trip. There were even moments sight seeing where we thought "lets go back and see our girl Nina." Hold on tight to her...she made our experience.
My family and I came to Dublin for a wedding and stayed here for a week. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was outstanding. The restaurant and bar were great!! I have to give a "shout out" to Nina. She was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and went above and beyond for our large group. She greeted us every evening with a big smile and she remembered what we liked each night. I would come back just to see her again! She should run the whole show! Thank you!
So I was staying here over Pride weekend with my family for a wedding and the hotel was lovely. Best part of the trip was the amazing service and drinks at the hotel bar. There was a server named Nina, and I can not express how amazing she was. So lovely and personable! Spectacular service and drinks. She should be promoted, I was blown away! If you stay at the hotel and need a drink, ask for Nina. Never wanted to leave the hotel bar after arriving!
My husband and I were both very pleased with this choice of the Morgan. It was ideally located for easy access to various attractions. The room was spacious and very clean. We suggest a room on the back side of the hotel as the street in front of the hotel can be noisy with activity in the evenings.
My wife, daughter, and I are staying at the Morgan during our Dublin visit. It is an excellent hotel. The best part is the wonderful friendly service provided by Elcid and the staff in the hotel bar. They provide friendly, prompt service and made us feel right at home. Elcid mixes great cocktails but most importantly he takes the time to ask us how we are doing and what we have seen each day. His friendliness and helpful tips about what to see make us want to end each night in the bar. He is a model of what service should be, so much that I decided to mention him specifically in this review.
Fabulous hotel in a great central location. Very swift check in. Lifts are slightly annoying as need to insert room key card to operate lift. Rooms are beautiful, very well equipped, with i pad to see local attractions and hotel information. Comfortable beds, coffee facilities and best of all complimentary rituals toiletries. Towels changed daily. No hesitation required if contemplating staying at this hotel.
This hotel is perfectly located in the Temple Bar district. Walking distance to most of Dublins attractions. I left my white noise maker in the room and when I called a few hrs later they said nothing was turned in so basically the maid stole it. Because it was right on the bed side table.(that was the reason for the rating) We had room 525 . It was in the back and nice and quiet away from the street noise. Check in was quick and luckily our room was ready as we had been travelling for over 10 hrs. The room was clean and comfortable. There was complimentary water and coffee and tea.. hair dryer ironing board and air conditioning that stays on with room key. The plugs in the room are type G. And there was a few USB ports. And for outlets and USB ports have to be switched on to work. There is no great view in this room but I will take that because it was quiet. There is no clock in the room. The girl working the front was really great I didn’t catch her name but it was May 22 around 6pm she tried so hard to call the Arlington to see if there were tickets available for the Celtics night dinner and a show. We ended up walking over there because they did not pick up the phone after countless calls from the patient girl at the front desk. Parking for the hotel is across the street at Park Rite. They offer 50 % off parking when u get a validation card from the hotel. I think it was 38 euros a night. It was really disappointing not to get my white noise machine back .…
Rui Guerra and the whole waitstaff at 10 Fleet Street are awesome! Excellent customer service, congenial, and well-versed in cocktails - don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations based on your preferences! Try the Old Fashioned. 10/10, would recommend.
The Morgan Hotel in Dublin was a perfect choice for our last few days in Ireland. The hotel was upscale and beautiful. However, it was the staff that made all the difference! Our server Nina was one of the best and most attentive. She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. The bar is exceptional and the bartenders are top notch. Shout out to Gabriel! He made the best cocktails we had in Ireland!
