I do not like to write negative reviews but as I rely on this site to research places I feel it necessary to point out that this hotel is not what it says on the tin! I had read many positive reviews and also researched this 'hotel' on it's website and expected something entirely different to say the least. It...

We stayed at the Aberdeen lodge for 6 nights while on business at the RDS. It was located about 20 mins walk away from the RDS - Sandymount was a short walk away with lots of nice restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were great, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was great. The full Irish...

A beautiful, well run hotel in a lovely area of Dublin. Our room was clean, comfortable and charming. No elevator but help was available to carry our luggage. Service was great...morning coffee was a phone call away, tea served either in the living room or outside on the terrace any time we returned from touring. Breakfast was delicious with freshly prepared...

I stayed at Aberdeen Lodge in March 2013, during the St. Patrick's festivities. To be honest it's a bit off the centre and Temple Street, but I think that's exactly what I was looking for. We took a bus from the airport, unfortunately the driver missed our stop and we had to make the rest of the route to get...

What a lovely hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would recommend this to all my friends. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well placed for access into Dublin with the Dart railway a short walk away and the number 1 bus starts from just outside. Nice outside area when the weather...

All the good things people have said about the lodge we found to be true. Accomodating and attentive staff, very comfortable bed in room 27, nice area, quiet, good breakfast, etc. It is close to public transportation-10 minute walk to DART Line, 10 minute ride to Pearse Station and a 10 minute walk from Pearse to Temple Bar area, very...

Very quite nice location in a residential neighborhood. Clean room and very helpful staff. The breakfast was fantastic and you can walk to the beach. Not much around there, you need a car to get around.

located in ballsbridge you have to either take taxis (approx. 14 euros) or ride the dart (there were four of us so taxis it was). Nice and quiet and just a few blocks from the coast, we were greeted with hot tea and cookies and an introduction to the family and cat, Paws! Shown to our rooms which were roomy,...

Our group spent a couple nights at the Aberdeen Lodge in June 2014. Our rooms were all en-suite, roomy and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to take care of us and make sure our visit was trouble free. The breakfasts were delicious. It is located on a treed street of large homes just outside the main city....
