Stuck in Dublin due to storm, asked hotel if we could extend our check out and they want to charge us €20 per hour, very disappointed This hotel is not looking out for their customers and their safety, only interested in making money.

I went for afternoon tea with my family, we had a brilliant experience! Our waitress Roisin was so friendly and helpful and also so patient and kind to my elderly grandmother. The food was delicious and music was beautiful!! I will definitely be returning soon.
