I'm truly not sure why this guesthouse has so many high reviews. Maybe the standard is lower since it's the city. We had just left two beautiful stays in south western Ireland and then ended our trip at the Parkway. Seamus was a cordial host, but far less involved than other B & B owners on our trip. This might...

I wanted to thank Seamus and all the wonderful staff at the Parkway B&B in Dublin. I loved my time there and felt like I was with family. The room was very comfortable, coffee and tea fixings in the room, fabulous (generous portions) breakfast in a lovely dining area, and so, so helpful with any questions and navigation issues that...

We were planning to stay at The Parkway Guesthouse for two nights when unfortunately we had to return to the US for a family emergency. With only a day notice Seamus kindly refunded our credit card. The reason we were choosing the Parkway Guesthouse is that we had friends who stayed there and only said wonderful things about Seamus and...

We spent one night at the Parkway as we were on our way to Donegal. Seamus had contacted us before we arrived to check if we needed a parking space, which was very helpful. We were met with a warm welcome and helped with our luggage, he really could not have been more helpful. The room was very comfortable and...

We spent 4 nights at this bed and breakfast in June. Our experience of Parkway was mixed. Our room was on the top floor. We booked a "double room" and we ended up in a room with a double bed and two single beds. Good for a family I guess but the extra beds were more of a nuisance and...

My husband and I spent two nights at Parkway in late May. Seamus and his wife were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The guesthouse is north of the river Liffey which places it in a more affordable if less trendy part of town. Easy walk to Temple Bar area. The guesthouse was clean, neighborhood is quiet and the...

I just spent 3 nights here. Great location. Gardiner street runs off Connelly street which is one of dublin cities main streets & it's about a 15 minute walk to all the main attractions (st pats cathedral, Guinness factory, castle etc) Old gregorian place. Rooms are basic but for the price they are good, very clean & comfortable. Rooms are...

A great value close to all the sites in Dublin and QUIET (on a side street). Wonderful staff and the owner couldn't have been more helpful, even to the point of trying to help fix our broken seatbelt!!! The property is eighty years old but beautifully maintained. Our room was small but we didn't spend much time in it and...
