The house owner unroot, with out any respect for the client. Speaking very offensive as asking anything regarding the room. They don't understand privacy, comming in the room without knocking at the door. I found the room unlocked at 6PM while returning from work. My company booked the room for one month, but I checked out after 5 days. It... More

Great location in Dublin, we spent 2 nights. Parking is limited, I don't imagine there is a parking spot for every room. However, they were very accommodating to moving cars around for us so that our cars were parked in the lot. Breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again and price was reasonable for the location.

I stayed here while working in Dublin. My room was a front room with a gorgeous window at the front of the townhouse. It was a small room but very comfortable bed. It was great to have free parking included and the distance to city centre, st Stephens green etc was perfect with plenty of places for coffee and breakfast... More

Loved this place. Anna is lovely and cooks a great breakfast. Was welcomed in, the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can easily walk to the Temple Bar in 20 minutes. On bus routes, very accommodating. Would come back in heartbeat. Very reasonably priced too.

We stayed here for a weekend away. When we arrived we were disappointed. The room was very small and not very clean. There were cobwebs everywhere. Tiles were hanging off the shower wall and the towels were well worn. You couldn't swing a cat in the shower. When we arrived down for breakfast the tables were set up with plates... More

Abbeyleigh House is in great location and is comfortable, clean, and home-like. We stayed in a 3rd floor room on front of building & with window closed & curtains drawn, traffic noise was not a problem. There is a bus stop out front for buses into city center; from Heuston RR Station we took bus #145 which stopped about 1.5... More

I was travelling alone on business so Wifi is very important to me and here it was very good. Great value and in a very central location with easy local access to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable room and friendly staff. I'll be back.

Breakfast was advertised to start at 8.30. We told the landlady we would be down at 9.00 When we did, there was nothing but orange juice. Not even any bread, and a coffee maker with no coffee in it. We waited to see if she would arrive with toast or tea & coffee but she didn't appear so we went... More

This B&B is located very near to St Stephen's Green and Dublin's Grafton Street in an area of stunning Georgian period houses. Abbeyleigh House is a Georgian terrace home that offers average rooms and facilities. The house itself has many lovely period features. Anne will make you feel welcome. The breakfast menu is extensive. The airport air coach has two... More
