Very friendly & welcoming owner. B&B ideally situated beside St James Hospital and easy access to city centre and surrounding areas such as Crumlin Hospital via bus and Luas. Stayed in the double room ensuite and found it comfortable and a hearty breakfast include the following morning.

We had a triple room at the top of the house. It was large, quiet, sunny and comfortable. Our host was wonderfully helpful and breakfast was delicious. We would love to come back again next time we visit Dublin.

Good value for money, and ideal as a base if you want budget accommodation. You have to pay for your accommodation cash, which means a bit of forward planning. The property has WIFI, but...

If you're only needing 1 night to rest your bones, then this would suffice. Clean bed in a very basic room with breakfast for 2 cost 90€. Short bus ride into town (number 123) so handy for amenities. Our room also had its own unique tooth mug with a hole in the bottom. Who says oral hygiene can't be fun!

Lovely lady, very friendly.... However the room was too small for a twin room, no bedside cabinets, no bedside lamps, very old and small TV. Hot water - whenever the boiler switches on.... My opinion - a single room sold as a twin room.
