Great location in Temple Bar and what I expected from a traditional Irish pub - wooden floors, little nooks to sit in, a great range of draught beers and of course top notch service. We arrived early evening to eat before the live music started. Both opted for the Norseman steak - brought out cooking on a sizzling skillet so...

The best meal I've had in Temple Bar so far! This was a deliciously smokey chicken dish. Live music, friendly and attentive service. Nothing to fault!! Not too crowded yet very popular. Central location is a bonus.

spent an evening and an afternoon in here, gets a bit crowded but has a great traditional atmosphere, some good singers singing a mixture of irish tunes and other hits and excellent selection of beers etc.

Popped in for a drink. Plenty of choice of beers but could do, in my view, with a cask ale or two to complement the line up. Service was prompt and cheerful. A friendly atmosphere in a great location.

We booked here on booking.com for 99 euros per night. It is bang in Temple Bar so close to all the nightlife etc. The room was very nice and modern which we didn't expect. Complete with hairdryer, touch lamps, comfy bed and such The bar staff are very friendly and the prices are about what you'd expect to pay in...

Excellent pub with good selection of beers and great music. Went in for an after-dinner pint and ended up staying for the music. I wish I knew who he was - played a bunch of popular songs and the lively crowd loved him! Would definitely come back next time I'm in Dublin!

We arrived late because of a flight delay, so our experience may not be typical. The rooms are above a really active pub/restaurant in the main nightlife district in Dublin, and you have to check in at the bar to get keys, sign in, etc. so it was odd to show up at midnight to a packed establishment and have...

Really enjoyed the bar staff as the worked to ensure we had fresh pints and great window seats to look at the passing tourist. Very friendly great place to gather and easy to find. Will go back the next time in Dublin

I spent a week in Dublin and visited this pub a few too many times :-) The beers were great, and not too expensive for temple bar, the food and music were excellent, but by far the best thing about this pub are the wonderful staff. You go in a stranger, and leave feeling like you've made a new bunch...

Dropped in on a random weekday afternoon. As the part in town it is i didn't expect a pint of Guinness for under a fiver. However it was 5.80. For that it would want to be a decedent pint of Guinness. It wasn't. The pub itself is nice and the food menu looked nice. Friendly barman
