Excellent pub! Just nipped in to get out of the rain but ended up staying for a few hours! Great & friendly staff, good prices for drinks and great facilities. Never tried any of the food, so can't comment! But other people around us ordered some & it smelled & looked fab! Will be back when we next visit Dublin!

Came here for few drinks as part of our wander round Temple Bar region. Nice drinks and big screen so could watch rugby. Not cheapest but we were in Dublin and nothing cheap in Dublin. Very entertaining barman who was very helpful.

What a brilliant night we spent here. I found it mazing how one guy and his guitar could have a pub full of people from so many nationalities dancing and singing!! Taking request from all genres of music and smiling all the way through. Bravo

While we were all adjusting to Dublin , Ireland time, we arrived for dinner a bit early.... We walked up the stairs and were greeted with a warm welcome. The chicken pie with gravy was our comfort food of choice. Yum!

As far as pubs go in the temple bar , we went into the Norseman and they have open mic singers, and in fairness they were very good. Pub has a good atmosphere and is reasonably priced and attracts both tourists and locals .

This was our first port of call, on a recommendation from the taxi driver who dropped us off at our hotel from the airport. It was a fairly quiet tuesday afternoon, only a couple of people in there. But the quality of the beer served was superb. When we returned the following evening it was standing room only with a...

We went here in the afternoon New Year's Eve, it was quite quiet and service was fast. We had steak and Guinness pie which was lovely. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Only think which I was annoyed at was the waitress saying "are you leaving me a tip", felt like I was in America!

Popped in for a drink after dinner, this was about 10:30ish on Sunday evening. Nice pint of Guinness and the bar man was friendly, chatty and happy to make recommendations about drinks. My only grip is that the toilets were disgusting and clearly been busy throughout the day. Guess that's what you get by going there at the end of...

Loved it here. Lots going on and really friendly staff. Would recommend highly. Nice atmosphere along with a great service. Great live acts too. Proper old-fashioned pub with what looked like great food.

Walked into the Norseman on a quiet Friday evening around six/seven o'clock, from the second in the door I adored the interior and felt an instant sense of warmth and welcome with a beautiful voice hollowing the pub! This was until I went up to order a drink, over a five minute wait when I was literally the only patron awaiting service....The...
