I often come to Cork for work, and have stayed in nearly every B&B in the city. Auburn House is by far my favourite, though. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. What sets this place apart, though, are the couple who run it. They are just the nicest people, and it is always a pleasure to...

We spent 2 nights here. The ease of a five to ten minute walk into the centre of cork was great as was the free secure parking around the corner. If you have a car do unload outside the B and B and they will direct you to the parking. It's down a little one way street a few meters...

My wife and I stayed two nights in Auburn House on our honeymoon back in 2016, and out of two weeks on our trip and about 10 different hostels/B&Bs this was by far the best! The location is excellent for easy walking to downtown attractions, while being just far enough away that the nights are quiet. The rooms and beds...

This was a great location. The room was spacious and the breakfast was plentiful. We were graciously greeted when we arrived and warned about paying for the parking between 8AM and 6PM, which was appreciated. We would recommend Auburn B&B

Pro: Olive the woman who runs it is the most charming, nicest, sweetest person you will ever meet! Location is walking distance from the train station and central cork! The breakfast was amazing! An amazing view of the city from our window! Con: the giant hill you have to hike to get to it, but totally worth it. Overall: this...

We stayed here three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Olive is a great host and full of information. Our room was of adequate size with a large bathroom. It was on the street and there is plenty of noise if the windows are open. It does quite down at night. I had earplugs handy, but never needed them. The...

Just got back from 10 day trip. We stayed in 5 different locations and this was the best of all. From the outside it is unimpressive, however the rooms are adequate size, bathrooms generous and the cleanliness superb. The real tipping factor is the husband and wife proprietors are involved with the property. Olive and Kieran are one of the...

The welcome was warm and friendly. Olive is full of advice so if you have no plans, no worry, she will take care of your day. The room is spacious, the bathroom is new and the bed is huge, go for room number 5, you are literally less than 5 min from the centre. I will advise every couple I...
