Easy to find. Just two doors down from train station. No excessive noise from station. Stayed here for hen party. Very friendly, and helpful. Room very clean and tidy. Would stay here again. Breakfast was freshly made, and had a selection to pick from.

THis b&b did everything it said on the tin - very convenient to the railway station, warm welcome and friendly hosts, comfortable bedroom (with wifi), and a sustaining breakfast - and all at a very reasonable price.

I stayed here for 1 nite, and have to leave the next day. My room was facing the street, so even if you close the window, the noise from cars and heavy trucks can be heard and loud. When you close the window, it feels very stuffy inside the room.. Also, the room facing the back, it faces the railroad...

Had a very pleasant stay at Oakland, very conveniently located, particularly handy for the railway station. Room was comfortable, nicely furnished, only thing missing would be tea making facilities. Breakfast was very nice, a good choice available too. Noticed it was served on quite a small plate, not the usual standard size! Ellen and Derry are very welcoming and friendly....

Warm welcoming place only a 5 minute stroll into cork centre. No parking but the train station 20m up the road has 24x7 parking for 9€ which was the cheapest option. Updated rooms but comfortable enough for the 1 night we were there also wifi on the 2nd floor struggled had to go down stairs for connection. Nice full Irish...

This was our only stay in a city center, in a big city, during our two week stay. It is dated and the rooms are all up flights of stairs. Ellen is a sweetie, she made sure we parked okay and had the mirrors in (very important if you want them on the car the next morning). Her breakfast was...

A pleasant stay at an averagely priced B&B. It's location was good, a minute from the train station, where buses into the city centre also left from (2 Euro). A short walk from the B&B takes you to an area offering a variety of Restaurants and Pubs too. The Hostess, Ellen was welcoming and happy to advise and help, this...
