Stayed in the hotel Isaacs for a weekend, booked three rooms for family. We were all impressed. My wife and I booked the classic double room 214. The room was classically modern with a street view. The facilities in the room were standard. Hotel staff were excellent. We were made to feel welcome from the start of our visit to...

Congratulations Team Hotel Isaacs! My trips to Cork city are many. This first stay at Hotel Isaacs exceeded all expectations. As expected the norm in Ireland is staff that are most helpful and genuinely friendly and we were certainly not disappointed! The room was splendidly decorated, impeccably clean with lovely bed linen. Disappointingly, the Greene's restaurant was fully booked (always...

Lovely hotel with comfortable clean rooms and canny staff. Although we always ate out I would presume the meals to be good if the breakfast was anything to go by. City centre is just 5 minutes walk with bars and restaurants on the way.

This was my first time in Ireland, and the very first city visited was Cork. I can not wait to go back! The staff at the Hotel Isaacs was incredibly gracious and kind, the room was great and they had outlets for US plugs ( THANK YOU!!!!!) and as an American, felt extremely welcomed and just fell head over heels...

the pictures looked way better than the rooms itself. Not only we got a room with view to side street but it was also under reconstruction. The room is very cold and if you turn on the heater it makes so much noise and makes the air really dry in the room. Plus, can you please put proper duvet covers...

My brother and I stayed for 3 nights in an apartment in Hotel Isaacs. It’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop for the AirCoach from Dublin, and less than a 10-minute walk to the Kent train station, St. Patrick’s Street, and the Crawford Art Gallery. The rate was just under €100 per night, which is pretty good considering that...

“Apartments are a good deal if you want to do some self-catering. Street traffic can be loud.”
  • Main bedroom in apartment. Windows are not well sound-insulated.
  • Living area in apartment. Not very well laid out, and leather sofas are unappealing.
  • Kitchen area in apartment.
  • Soap and shampoo from Gilchrest and Soames: cruelty free and pump dispensers save plastic
  • Second bedroom in apartment, includes a small desk.
