We regularly visit this hotel for a light lunch and find the staff very courteous and attentive. However, we cannot say this was our experience on our visit last Saturday. We entered the hotel and took the right window seat in the foyer to be confronted by the manager who we found to be very unwelcoming. We had hardly sat...

Dear crestcastle, I am very sorry that your visit to Hayfield Manor last Saturday was unsatisfactory. Clearly the courteous and attentive service of previous visits was not in evidence to you, but I can categorically state that was or never would be intentional and I apologise unreservedly if you or your guests felt so. Just before you arrived on Saturday...

My boyfriend and I stayed in Hayfield Manor at the weekend as a little Valentine's weekend break. Everything about Hayfield Manor from the second you step in the door is like a different world. Staff are polite and extremely helpful. We were early for check in, approximately 13:30 as we had a spa treatment booked for 14.45. Our room was...

I enjoyed delicious lunch in the beautiful conservatory. The staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful - as opposed to the sometimes-found fake welcome and help. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful experience here when we tayed for the weekend. What sets it apart is the service - from the moment Frank welcomes you at the door on your arrival to the moment he bids you goodbye. All staff at every level greet you with a smile no matter where they meet you. Excellent food from brakfast through to dinner. Dinner...

We checked in on Friday afternoon, the girl who checked us in was very friendly and genuinely interested in our visit. We chatted and explained the reason of our visit and she upgraded our room which we both thought was a brilliant gesture. We had booked a visit to the spa and both of our appointments were super relaxing. Very...

My wife and I checked-in at 9pm on Friday night by a gentleman by the name of Gary who was affable to say the least. Our room was reasonably sized, with a huge amount of character, from the his and hers sinks to the old fashioned lamps and fittings. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both had difficulty peeling...

A group of us met up for lunch. It was perfect location for us to meet. It was comfortable, relaxing, staff were incredibly helpful and at no point did we feel rushed. The food and drinks were fabulous and there was plenty of choice for everyone. We will be back.

With a big day fast approaching we decided to bring missy and the in-laws to this wonderful hotel. Had an event here with work and the staff looked after us like we were royalty! From checkin to departure they treated us so well - especially Ciarra (sorry if I've got the name wrong) on reception! I'd love to come back and fully take advantage of all the hotel has to offer!

Stayed Saturday night with my friend, we had reservations for Perrotts Bistro, the restaurant is lovely & relaxing. I found the food to be very bland. Especially the potatoes, they were so tasteless I didn't even eat them. Good selection for breakfast in the morning, but the scrambled egg was not great, again it lacked flavor. The hotel itself is...
