Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Daniel in the bar knows good service. Beds very comfortable. Would've liked the option of breakfast in bed. Parking is a bit annoying but it is a city centre hotel. Good value for money.

Comfortable. Very convenient for bus / train/ shopping . Staff very friendly. Bar well decorated and good food and service. Limited spaces in car park but get in early for a space. There is an arrangement with another car park a few minutes walk away.

It’s a public parking spot on the other side of the bridge - so very close lots of spaces and a discount if you are staying in the hotel. As well as that there are a few spaces right next to the hotel if you are lucky

Yes, but the car park is small. It is a first come and first serve basis. Don't park on Anderson's Street as there's a homeless shelter on that street. Use Anderson's Quay or Lower Oliver Plunkett St (both paid parking).
