I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check in staff were very polite and helpful. Cannot fault the room for comfort and cleanliness, except perhaps for the tiny pillows on the bed! There are extra pillows but not quite sure why there are not regular sized pillows on the bed. Would definitely recommend the hotel and will...

Hotel is fine. Location is excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is a let down though. Breakfast and dinner both lacked quality and the menu is the same for lunch! There are excellent eateries in abundance not 10 minutes walk away. Cheapest produce appeared to be used at all stages.

Stayed here for one of our yearly friend reunions and we couldnt have asked for more. Jurys is by far one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Food both breakfast and dinner has something for everyone and staff go out of their way to make sure your every need is catered for. Speaking to many of the...

This hotel is next door to a homeless men's hostel. Most evenings there were drunks shouting and swearing loudly at the door of the hostel therefore not suitable for family stay. I did not feel safe walking in the area at night. Layer of dust on everything - desk, TV, mirrors. Bathroom plugholes slow draining and the requested removal of...

we went for two nights midweek as we were going to a concert in the opera house, my only tip really would be to ask for a room at the back as we were in the front ad it was quite noisy with traffic which one has to expect as it is a city hotel apart from that no problems,...

This is about the fifth time that I have stayed here. It is clean, neat and friendly. It is so so price wise. The breakfast is the best in Cork if you are a big eater The facilities and rooms are basic but clean. Parking can be an issue as there are few on site spots. The main down side...

A good value well positioned hotel. Great breakfast with a range of items which is bound to satisfy you for much of the day. A pleasant staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are somewhat tired.

Very clean rooms ok size but bed has to have been the smallest ever in double as we never slept a min due to bed to short and so narrow, you could feel every spring and as for the pillows that were a joke.
