I would highly recommend Blarney Stone Guest house. It is in an excellent location, with UCC campus at the doorstep and the city centre only a five minute walk away. The rooms of this beautiful period house are tastefully and stylishly decorated and of a very high standard throughout. There is a wide range of mouth-watering breakfast options to choose...

Thanks Angela for such a lovely stay in a beautifully decorated and cosy B&B. Centrally located with an excellent restaurant, the Liberty Grill, within 10 minutes walk. Genuinely friendly and welcoming host. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in more than two dozen Irish B&Bs all over the country. This one tops my list! The room was very comfortable and had been updated to a very high standard. The location is also excellent, just steps from UC Cork campus or to many great restaurants, pubs and the heart of downtown Cork. The breakfast was incredible....

very nice place, not my type of decoration tho =P, but I always wanted to visit a place like this, the room was very nice, bathroom with all that you can need, the owner was really nice, we arrive too early and they allow us to park and gave us direcctions on how to arrive to Cork (just 10 min...

Beautifully renovated period house, lovely furnished rooms, lounge and dining area. Warm Irish welcome, nothing too much trouble for the owner and staff. Breakfast, fresh fruit, freshly cooked tasty breakfast. Thank you Angela and staff for making our first visit to Cork, such a pleasant one.

Firstly, I would like to say that the rooms and public areas of this guest house have been decorated to a very high standard however many of the beds plus the pricing structure seem to be completely off track. Unfortunately, the owner Angela became quite hostile and dismissive when we mentioned the snags and I'm guessing she has no intention...

Spent one night at this B&B. Beautifully renovated period terrace. Host greeted us warmly. Gave a choice of room. Beautifully furnished. Bed comfortable with a great breakfast including hot options. For an evening meal there is a hotel less than 5 minutes walk which offers great moderately priced meals in a relaxed casual atmosphere on the river. Would recommend this...

We would highly recommend this accommodation. Albeit we only stayed one night, if we had had more time in the area we would have been more than happy to stay at the Blarney Guesthouse much longer. The guest house is lovely and very nicely appointed. The owners have spent a great deal of time and attention to detail on the...

My partner and I enjoyed a brief stay at Blarney Stone Guesthouse in early September. Our room was very well-maintained, well-decorated, and clean - all furnishings were on the newer side and the bathroom seems to have been remodeled fairly recently. The breakfast was on par with other B&Bs we stayed at during our trip to Ireland - with the...

Had two rooms here for one night at the end of our trip. The rooms were beautifully decorated as were all the common areas. Rooms a little on the small side but we knew that from previous reviews. Did not have breakfast as we were up too early so cannot comment. Did not have the authentic charm of some other...
