Myself and my wife stayed 3 nights .The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent both in restaurant and in bar. The staff were friendly and helpful .There is plenty of parking space. It is a fantastic place to stay and I would certainly recommend it

First impression upon arrival - nice looking place, but then at check-in the female receptionist never broke a smile and was just uninterested it seemed. Heading to our room, it's very apparent the place badly needs a refurb. The room confirms that - disgusting tiles in the tired old bathroom, crappy mattresses, antique tv & furniture - just very low...

On the final day of our holiday we over nighted in the Auburn Lodge Hotel and here are some of observations. On arrival we were welcomed by a very efficient and friendly receptionist. We were allocated our room and were amazed to see that there was no elevator. This is not a problem if there is a member of staff...

This place is in need of a serious refurbishment. In our room the bathroom was not clean at all. The television was antique and had very fuzzy screen on every channel. Furniture was badly fitted or broken in the room. We stayed two nights and the room was not serviced (beds not made etc). We ate in the bar the...

This place badly needs a refurb, maybe even knock it down and start again. Dull, old fashioned, stuffy, dark and dull. TV in room was antiquated, same for hairdryer, shower, taps and phone. The swimming pool is tiny, the hotel reception staff are cranky, the breakfast is ok but beware if you ask for fried eggs, you just might get...

We used this hotel for a very large family event last week. People had travelled from all over Ireland England and the states to attend. However despite the hotel having months notice the night was chaos, nobody knew where we were supposed to be or what was going on. We had booked our meal for 6pm and I received my...

Stayed here as part of a tour group. No complaints at all. Room was shared and beds fine and bathroom good. Breakfast and dinner were good as well. Only here 1 night but only good memories of the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights in July. Nice hotel....comfortable & clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and food in bar was very good. Used the leisure facilities while here and found all to be clean well worth a visit if staying. Positive experience all round.
