The rooms were very basic but have all that I looked for clean bed and sheets, heating at the bath area, complimentary coffee/tea facilities strong wifi clean towels. However the bathroom wash basin taps are the ancient type with individual hot n cold water taps and you need to be careful when u brush your teeth or wash your hands....

This place had no lift. It was over priced, €90 for no breakfast included. But the pool staff, in the leisure club, was awesome and that area had 2 different saunas, a pool and a hot tub- but you must wear a swim cap. Our door didn't shut properly and the room stank of smoke and men's cologne. Wouldn't stay...

Bravo for hiring live entertainers in the pub, really did have an enjoyable evening in the bar area and the staff were very nice. Despite the not always positive comments of travellers, we choose this hotel as it is rather close to "the Cliffs of Moher" and "The Burren". We were surprised to seemthe hotel room rather cool instead of the standard warm rooms in most hotels. Also the breakfast, although there were several tourist busses, was absolute better than expected and almost the...

Easy access to town and Shannon airport, excellent staff with great recommendations who went out of their way to be helpful. Google maps to get here was a disaster, we ended up asking multiple places for directions after Google maps seemed to think the hotel was at a roundabout. Room was fine.

Saturday May 9th I had the pleasure of entertaining family and friends in the newly decorated Garden Suite for my daughters communion party. From the minute I booked I was emailed with updates and confirmations. I can honestly say I could not find one fault. The food was amazing compliments to Chef Linda. I went for a buffet style meal...
